It is Safe to Be

2/27/2014

Picture
We celebrate our heart and acknowledge that it is safe to Be.  To be whatever is needed to nourish and align with our deeper self. We learn acceptance of what is, to speak our truth clearly, boldly.  To stay balanced in our activity, making sure all parts of our nature are heard and nourished.  We strive to be authentic, to be real to our self and others.  This adventure of living in our true nature takes patience and a willingness to walk in our own rhythm, with kindness, gentleness, aliveness.  Our heart is filled with gratefulness, that we have the consciousness to open and empower the moment.  We are allowing ourselves to Be Love.

Support is close at hand

2/26/2014

Being supported takes practice.  Mostly, we expect the universe to read our minds, which it usually does, as it follows our desires into action.  Our passion brings all the right energy and empowerment. We use Gratitude to keep our heart open.  Love and appreciation go a long way.

Here are some pointers for receiving

  • Remember to Ask the universe first and set clear intentions.
  • Watch what motivates the people who support you and create systems that strengthen their initiative.
  • Hear yourself when you are complaining. Ground your disappointment before you communicate.  Be clear with your needs and work together to create a plan of action that corrects the problem.
  • Some people come to support one portion of your project and may not have the capacity to do it all.

On a practical level, we do best when we are organized and develop a healthy relationship to time.  We have to organize differently when others come to help.  It is important to be clear in your needs and expectations and acceptance it usually takes longer than you think it should.  Learn to trust your intuition and stay open to getting your needs met, even when you are not sure how it is going to work.

Resentment and blame are common reactions when we do not feel supported. Unfortunately these protective forces stop us from receiving, by making us feel more separate and alone. These guardians often repeat the problem with attitude and justify the negativity from past experience.  They speak hurt rather than the developing clear outcomes.  To add even more to the fire, any pattern of abandonment and hurt will fuel these justifications, as opening to support brings us closer to unmet needs.  We are testing our relationship to separation and pride as we open to new levels of receiving.

Apply Compassion, Mercy and Grace, as we melt down old reactions and open to getting our needs met on a whole new level.   Honor your guardians of resentment and blame for keeping you safe as you find your voice of Presence.

Breathe into each moment

2/25/2014

Picture
One of the first measures done to see if you are alive is to see if you are breathing.  Are you?  As you become more awake and aware, your body calls for a grounding focus. The breath is the most common ground in most spiritual practices. Your breath is the gauge of what you are feeling.  Holding your breath acknowledges you are feeling contraction and fear, full aromatic breathe acknowledges pleasure.

Let your breath take you into each moment.  We love to breathe tree air as we get off of airplanes and feel the mist as we stand by the river.   Take in the moment as air moves through your system.  Notice how your awareness sharpens as you begin to notice that you are here, that you feel, that you love.

We honor the air element and its correspondent, the heart center, as we learn to Expand and Receive.

Expand and Receive

2/24/2014

Picture
We accept that expansion is a natural act that comes from giving, from sharing our essence.  As we give, it makes space for more receiving.  When we are free and open, receiving is as simple as setting an intention, engaging our passion, and giving permission for our wishes to unfold.  As we learn to be grounded and responsible for what we are asking for, the next steps are revealed.

To build our presence for receiving, we must address how we close down, through fear and separation, and learn how to let in our light.  Then we can consciously deal with scary monsters created by fear and anger, as we overcome dominant patterns that create suffering. By trusting the heart, we stand in Compassion to ourselves and others. We become our own best friend, as we align to the emotions that needs assistance.

Be gentle as you enter new learning curves for receiving. Listen carefully as you enter new territory.  Be willing, even if you do not know how to proceed.  This requires patience. Acknowledge any hopeless-helpless feelings that arise. We are bridging the gap between the universal heart and our ability to receive.

Grace Happens

2/23/2014

Picture
When we are aligned to our heart, we witness Grace.  Our calling makes us available to see this presence unfold.   It is common to experience the need for Grace when we find ourselves in despair.  When we are suffering, or threatened by life, we reach for miracles, because it becomes obvious that the situation moves beyond our control. Yet

within every moment, Grace happens.   Use your heart to witness this miracle of life.

You may forget about Grace, but Grace will never forget about you.

Honor your Purpose and Destiny

2/22/2014

Picture
We all come into this world to give something.  We may not know exactly what it is at times, yet it will drive us until we make our contribution.  This need to share our essence will live as restlessness, even an inner emptiness that calls for recognition, until we address the greater presence of love that we are capable of giving. These are needs on a higher level, with the same magnetism and velocity as our call for love and safety in our personal world.  We are destined to give back.

Whatever we have come here to do or give, or more accurately —To Be— we learn to be patient and present with its unfoldment.  We acknowledge that often these are gifts, developed in another dimension, that reveal themselves as creative interest and ability. There is no need to prove or make anything happen, for on an energy level, the blueprint is already there. It just needs our permission.

It's like showing up with a picnic basket that you created in another life, that needs to be shared with friends and family.  You discover as you unpack the goodies what is in there.  You may not even remember the recipe of how it was made, but it all comes back in each bite,  feeling very familiar.  The more we pull out of the basket, the more there is to share.

Take time to acknowledge your purpose and your creative interest. Notice what you are good at, what comes naturally.   As we acknowledge our spiritual presence within this, we engage our heart and the power of Compassion, Mercy and Grace.  Within this power of destiny, we give.

Open your Heart to Love and Mercy

2/21/2014

Picture
We are practicing Giving and Receiving, opening to our sacred side, to our not so sacred side, with patience and compassion.  We are learning about mercy,  where we accept that when we act from ignorance and have done harm, there is relief.  The act of mercy is like super forgiveness.  It releases our karma by penetrating to the core of our patterns with wisdom and grace.

From the esoteric side, when we are working with a pattern that is coming up, we pass through a gate in our throat chakra, governed by mercy and divine judgement.  If we have not taken complete responsibility for our actions, we are bound to repeat, as a way of learning, the effect of our behavior.  In divine judgement, we re-experience the pattern with more awareness.  If we are clear and congruent, we can call for mercy. This gate acknowledges that we have penetrated the pattern and do not need to re-enact.  We are released from cause and effect and we move into the light.

The act of mercy releases us from the pattern and allows us to be free.

The Heart is the  Grounding Cord of Spirit

2/20/2014

Picture
The heart is the balance point between our spiritual resources and our personal expression.  It is the gift of the universal,  joining the ingeniousness of our personal self.  We evolve through this interaction.  Any situation that needs inspiration, understanding, a softer touch, the ability to resolve conflict, is offered through this connection.  The potential is endless.

Trust the heart’s ability to ground these universal resources. Give permission for spirit to be part of you and join the adventure.  Trust the heart’s ability to receive and open the downward flow.  Honor your ability to unfold to your destiny  as you joyously, courageously, take the next step.  Take Action on your Dreams.

Reminds me of a travel planner, who offers a full itinerary of expression and we get to choose where we want to go.  The plan is to keep us on track as we decide what we want to experience.  We revise the plan, accounting to our needs and energy, acknowledging how we want to participate.  It does not always end up like we thought it would.  We have the choice to change the plan to get it closer to our vision, and ultimately, to learn from each step of the journey, by making the most of what we get and having a good time.

Allow your Light

2/19/2014

Picture
We are always happy when the sun shines.  Plants grow, nature expands and actualizes its potential with light as its major fuel.  Take time to fill yourself with light.  Digest it into your vital life force as love and wonder.  Stay grounded as you lighten up.

Live your Purpose

2/18/2014

Picture
We are defined more by what we bring to our activity than what we actually do.  When we serve with love and joy, it expands our task from the ordinary to the extraordinary. When we are honest in our relationships, a deep presence is felt and the truth strengthens our connection.

To live our purpose, we have to be in touch with our soul's intention to give.  It is Being more than doing.  It is part of our nature, actualizing our creativity.

Listen to what makes you happy, what you love to share and what opens your creative flow.  Follow your heart.

Be Bold.
