As I was laying on my exercise ball, stretching my spine behind the heart, breathing and opening, it dawned on me how I project my state of mind into what I do. Often I will blame my computer or the repair man for my state of mind. I used to do this with people more, given I was so receptive and responsible to make everyone else happy. If they are happy then I could be, my hyper-vigilant inner child would say. This left me mostly frustrated because others did not respond fast enough to my gallant efforts. I have been working for years to stop projecting my fear into the work. That’s another story.
This day has given me a pure seeing moment as to how my work and world is just fine without my projections. Be responsible to my own wellbeing, my heart clearly stated. You may never catch up or get it perfect. If you need help, Ask your heart for Assistance.
