It is Safe to Be

We celebrate our heart and acknowledge that it is safe to Be. To be whatever is needed to nourish and align with our deeper self. We learn acceptance of what is, to speak our truth clearly, boldly. To stay balanced in our activity, making sure all parts of our nature are heard and nourished. We strive to be authentic, to be real to our self and others. This adventure of living in our true nature takes patience and a willingness to walk in our own rhythm, with kindness, gentleness, aliveness. Our heart is filled with gratefulness, that we have the consciousness to open and empower the moment. We are allowing ourselves to Be Love.

It's taken a lifetime to begin to feel that it is indeed safe to be. The two teleconferences and workshop I've taken in the past year have helped me move closer to an inner feeling of safety than I've felt before in this lifetime. I'm also at a point of accepting that, after years of struggle, peering into dark corners, and agonizingly working through issues, it's okay to move on and just let go knowing the work has been done. Thank you, Nancy, for providing tools of light for this next phase.
