It is Safe to Be Happy

The solar plexus may be accustomed to a more serious tone and think the heart is for special occasions.  We encourage you to get comfortable with a lighter touch and know that Care-filled <being careful> is different than being closed. Practice being open and still feeling safe.  Take baby steps to allow change.
