When we are able to appreciate what stands before us, our heart opens. The bigger picture of what we are to learn becomes clear. Issues are more easily resolved as we soften into compassion. Our gratitude opens the door to spirit and we receive the essence of the moment.
 
This power of opening is a talent and a science.  The learning curve to practice gratitude requires an environment of nourishment and healing. The retreat format will demonstrate clearly how to stay in our hearts through our light and dark moments.  This process allows us to complete and settle inner turmoil, freeing ourselves from outdated self-concepts.  We will forge a new relationship with our essence, resting in forgiveness and release when necessary. This learning application brings vitality and empowerment to our path.
 
In the retreat, we open to a new level, learning how to staying grounded in our hearts and enlivened in our vibrant self. We will be instructed on our personal spiritual function and how we are to serve in the years ahead. As we come into new alignment with spiritual principles, our creativity center opens and we are able to receive aliveness and fulfillment.
