The heart’s dimension is the center of our spiritual growth.
First, we must discover what the heart truly is. Then we learn how to use the resources it provides and how to bring a renewed life-force into our sphere. When planting a tree, at first it needs tender care, nourishing the roots, as it acclimates to a new environment. At some point, it grows beyond this tender care, and becomes a strong, independent force. So, too, do we through our spiritual growth. It is interesting that one way to help our planet is to plant trees. Another way is to live and lead from the heart.
‘Leading from the Heart’ study program is a guide and a gentle reminder that we deserve to live in our heart, to make it our home. This creates a productive center of aliveness that nourishes our existence.
The Heart as Healer
In our program, we will explore the various healing aspects of the heart. We will:
· discover how to release ourselves from others’ projections;
· learn how to ground through our center (rather than arc into other people’s energy field);
· see how projections do not stick when we are centered in our heart;
· notice how others’ pain can heal in our presence without our absorbing that pain;
· complete patterns that no longer serve our spiritual growth; and,
· accept that exhaustion comes when we are misaligned with our heart.
Covers for the Heart
When we don’t feel safe, we automatically cover and guard our heart. These ‘heart protectors’ include hardness, punishing criticism, and absence. When we feel these, we think we have no heart. In truth, we merely have no access to the heart when these protectors are active. ‘Leading from the Heart’ teaches us to build access roads to the heart that lead to the discovery of what the heart truly is. This program is an adventure for those with curious minds that are willing to explore new territory.
What you will Learn
The heart is such a rich resource. It brings healing, laughter, wisdom, deeper meaning. The key is our ability to stay connected with our heart and to utilize the authentic voice our heart brings.
Our spiritual work in ‘Leading from the Heart’ will include:
· Finishing karmic programs by penetrating to the core of what we are here to learn.
· Discovering our heart as the Knower and the voice of Guidance.
· Staying connected to our Spiritual Resources.
· Learning to stay heart centered and grounded.
· Finding clarity in our daily movement as we dance in the Light.
· Exploring how to move within the harmony of both the Heart and the Will, creating space around your focus
A friend once told me that true spiritual work is not for the faint of heart. That struck me as true. What made the work easier for me was connecting to my heart. I stopped being afraid to feel and I released the fear of failure in my own eyes. I remained open and curious in discovering my heart’s process.

Each recorded class is 60+ minutes. The teaching is geared for both the beginner and experienced practitioner. We will introduce the work in easy steps and practice the energy passes in the class and as homework. |
