
As we function on so many levels, we have different aspects of the self to choose from, when we identify our sense of self. Are there some voices more true than others? Big Question. So we are dealing with levels of honesty, reaction, illusion, projection, the list goes on. So here is what we suggest. Breathe into your heart and see what your body is feeling. Take care of yourself first, before you engage another. Use quiet moments to listen to yourself and feel your congruency. Find the words that most represent the heart. Be Authentic.
