Some habits die hard. Change can be stressful, as we are required to build new neurological pathways in order to respond differently. So we ride on bumpy roads, driving around pot-holes, so to speak, in our psyche. When we are up close and personal to an unmet need, we will feel aversion, helpless, hopeless, all emotions necessary to protect the innocent. As we can stay conscious of these emotions and their protectors, blame, resentment, self implosion and arrogance, our resistance to the power that is generated will arise. It can be very uncomfortable and want to put us back to sleep, where we assume these emotions are the only reality available and we act from that place.
To be conscious in the protection and the unmet need is a big first step. Expect to be uncomfortable, then you can be surprised if its not. Staying conscious in your heart is the key. Be Bold
We are using the energy of our habitual reactions to create a dimensional shift, to build new roads. This will provide access to parts of our brain that we did not even know we had. It generates an amazing amount of Power and Presence.
