We get uncomfortable when we do not feel taken care of. It can show as grumpy, blaming the situation, feeling victimized. We may not be able to control the outside world. We can use this uncomfortableness to explore our own nature. Find your voice to name what you need, give it to yourself first and then speak simply about how you want to remedy the situation. Your needs will not be met when you speak through resentment, anger or blame. They can only be met when you are receptive and capable of being open. Remember the saying, Do you want to be right or do you want to be happy? Sometimes it is a hard choice.
